About me and my practice
Life can, at times, feel challenging and overwhelming for many reasons. You may be feeling stuck in a rut or dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, or low self-esteem. Or perhaps you are battling childhood trauma, grief, or depression. Whatever you are dealing with I will provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk and explore your thoughts and feelings free from judgement.
As an experienced and qualified CBT and humanistic therapist, I believe our work together can create optimism and hope once again. Through gaining deeper self-awareness, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and promoting positive behavioural changes I believe lasting and long-term transformation can take place.
